Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. at a Glance
The Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Its' mission is to impart character building and knowledge for youth, young adults, and families, enabling them to enhance their lives through community service. The Foundation promotes high scholastic and ethical standards through educational guidance and scholarship. Personalized programs and activities are designed to focus on self-reliance skills, academic achievement, leadership training, career development, money management, personal financial responsibility, preventative healthcare and community service.

Greetings,
The Pearls of Service Foundation has been serving the Memphis Community since 2010. As an
Incorporator, I am devoted to our purpose of seeking to enrich the lives of youth and families by
promoting higher standards through education and community service.
The signature program of the Pearls of Service Foundation is the Ivy League, which is an acronym for
Investing Values in our Youth through Leadership, Guidance, Unity and Empowerment. The Ivy League
is designed to cultivate youth to become strong leaders, chose positive lifestyles and make wise
decisions. The Ivy Leaguers are comprised of youth in grades 8th – 12th .
Our education programs focus on leadership training, career development, money management,
community service and academic achievement. Our unique community service opportunities include
partnerships with the Ronald McDonald House, Hope House, Habitat for Humanity, Mid-South Food
Bank, Hattiloo Theatre, The Kidney Foundation and many other community organizations. At the end of
each academic year, the youth are awarded scholarships for community service and scholastic
achievements.
We invite you to join us as we prepare, promote and provide, premier pearls of service to our youth and
families in the Memphis community.
